At The Z Flip Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Z Flip case in its original packaging, ensuring all screen protectors or accessories included are present and undamaged.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new case within 3-5 business days.
